  That's the message that we're given constantly, in books, television shows, superhero comics, and common myths and legends.

We're told we can accomplish anything if we just believe in ourselves.

Of course, it's not true;
we can't just achieve anything in the world simply through belief.
If it was true, a lot more children would be soaring in the skies above their garage roof instead of lugging around a cast for a few weeks!

Our inner voice criticises us for NOT being the things we "SHOULD" be -- it may tell us we need to be faster, smarter, more graceful, or more good-looking so that people will like us, so that we will belong.

Self-love and compassion play a crucial role in living a happy life.

So you just need to love yourself more. Simple, right?

      Jean has been involved in Education across the world for over 25 years.

         As a mediator, mentor and facilitator for peaceful solutions, she has been supporting teachers and carers and the valuable work they do for years, creating and sharing powerful tools, programmes and strategies based in relational neuroscience, resonance and non violent communication.  

Through a heart-centred, resonant approach, Jean will support you as you embrace your wellbeing, gain control of your life and create a happier, healthier you.

Taming the Inner Critic is an opportunity to pause and reflect, come into a space of centred calmness and self-compassion. The course is personalised and especially designed to support you mentally and emotionally as you navigate a deeper relationship with your inner critic.

Each week, we'll explore a range of practical tools and techniques for reducing self criticism, and increasing self-compassion and joy.

Following your registration, I'll send through a calendar link where you can select your session time. You can choose when and how often we meet with my recommendation being weekly or fortnightly. All sessions need to be completed within a 3 month time frame to ensure maximum benefit from the programme.

No. Taming Your Inner Critic is NOT about creating more stress in your life. It’s about allowing yourself to have a safe space ‘to be’ and to explore your inner world. There will be suggestions of activities that you could implement outside of our time together should you wish to experience sustainable change.
